Blue State Coffee serves organic, fairly traded coffee, roasted in small batches at their own roastery. House-made baked goods, sandwiches, salads, snacks, egg sandwiches, and yogurt parfaits (including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items) are offered. Blue State Coffee donates 2% of sales to local non-profits chosen by their customers.
